Anjana Vivek, Facilitator with Art of Living, has 23+ years of experience in teaching Yoga, wellness through breath & Meditation to various age groups & sections of the society across the globe. She is a Youth Trainer & Mindfulness coach.
Qualified with a bachelor's degree in commerce & Masters degree in computers application (MCA), she is currently focused on Alternate healing & wellness - varmam, CST & fascia unwinding. She dedicates her time for good health & strong mind.
Having conducted over 5000+ mindfulness sessions & Art of Living courses starting from India to various countries like Switzerland, Holland, Dubai, Malaysia, Bangkok, Singapore and more, her core competencies include people skills, initiating service projects and promoting good health & happy mind. She is a Mother to 2 lovely Daughters.
